  • I'm in! I just hit my first mini-goal (20 lbs.) and this sounds like a most excellent 2nd mini-goal!

    Stupid scale. I don't feel positive this week.
    Back up to 174.1 but I've been weighing sporadically. Wed and Fri mornings are the usual times I weigh, so hopefully one of those will offer me something more palatable.

  • This isn't by any means a regular weigh-in day but the scale read 198.8 4 times today! I just kinda wanted to announce onederland in this thread because this challenge has really given me some perspective about just finishing out the year well. If I can keep this up till the end of the year, then I can definitely make it to my goal weight next year! And then keep living the new lifestyle for the rest of my life! So thanks!
