SW 187 (I thought it was 185 but I calculated from kilograms wrongly)
Stupid scale. I don't feel positive this week.
Back up to 174.1 but I've been weighing sporadically. Wed and Fri mornings are the usual times I weigh, so hopefully one of those will offer me something more palatable.

I want to join! I don't want to lose weight too quickly, but I want to be 20-25 pounds lighter by Christmas. Can I still join though? :O

This isn't by any means a regular weigh-in day but the scale read 198.8 4 times today! I just kinda wanted to announce onederland in this thread because this challenge has really given me some perspective about just finishing out the year well. If I can keep this up till the end of the year, then I can definitely make it to my goal weight next year! And then keep living the new lifestyle for the rest of my life! So thanks!

Had to find my SW on here...one week later + the results are kind of embarassing but since school started this week, I have not exercised one day. On my stationary bike though as I type this!

Aug 25: 160.2 (-3.5 lbs)
Sep 02: 161.2 (+1.0 lb)
