I know, I know- that is SOOO negative! But I can't help feeling like that! I know I should be happy that I am doing well, but my weight is such an awful issue I've been struggling with forever, so I can't help but sometimes feel that my appetite will defeat me one of these days. Like right now I am DYING for junk food.

LOL -- I mean this in the nicest possible way -- but aren't you in college? You've been doing this since you were a kid, but I've been doing this since you were born! I'm sure others have been doing it longer.

But I want to second what has already been said. Cracking is not quitting. I have cracked. A day here, a day there. A whole week in June. Then I got back on the horse, and I'm in the best shape of my life, 38 years old and three kids to boot.

Lastly, that is not your appetite trying to defeat you. It's your head. Part of the journey is learning to tell one from the other. Your "appetite" (or your head, for that matter) cannot put food in your mouth. Only you can.
