I lost weight eating fewer calories. Basically, I decreased calory intake at ~15% daily and got visible results fast

You can lose weight without exercise if you eat right. But still, if you want to achieve strong results, you will need to start eating properly, as well as doing exercises at home.

Default Weight Loss Without Exercise

It's possible. at least for my case. There are numerous ways to limit your carbohydrate intake. That is the most effective way. Also eat plenty of protein and fibers. And drink lots of water.

There are many weight control programs out here in the market, but to get the suitable and effective program is always a challenge.

I lost 40 lbs without exercise. I kept it off for four years until I started to get bad eating habits. This time too exercise isn't a big part of my diet. It just an "extra" I do when I have free time. It's not a routine.

The answer is yes.
However, if you're looking to FEEL good, I recommend a healthy balance of cardio, strength training, and diet.
Best of luck

In the last 2.5 weeks I have not exercised at all and have dropped 5lbs. I have gone on a few very light walks, but nothing that I would consider "exercise." I think the 5lb weight loss has come from overall healthy eating, as well as drinking apple cider vinegar every morning. For the past 5 days I have been doing intermittent fasting. I have also been taking a new fiber supplement that I think is really helping, it's got probiotics and I feel like my gut is thanking me. I honestly have felt very guilty for not working out for the past few weeks, but I guess this goes to show that the food we intake really does have an impact!

I did when I was in my 30's (I'm 70 in a few weeks) I had a back injury and didn't walk for many months. When I came home, my mum moved in to take care of the family. The weight dropped off me because she served up smaller portions and also made me eat a sweet course. Always something with ice cream or custard. I lost over 2 stones (28lbs) I was never hungry and wasn't picking between meals

I think it's possible to loss weight without exercising, by maybe just not eating a lot of foods with too much fat and oils, but yeah I think you can loose

Absolutely! I've lost 90 pounds over 5 1/2 years (I'm a VERY slow loser with thyroid disease), and have gone through periods where I was exercising 5 days a week and periods where I wasn't exercising at all. It really didn't make a difference with my weight loss. It DID however, make a big difference with how I felt both mentally and physically. Fewer aches and pains and better sleep and mood when I'm getting some type of exercise.
