My biggest roadblock to losing weight. Oh, that's easy. FOOD!

Seriously, I just LOVE food. All kinds of food... good healthy food, junk food, etc. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, seafood, chocolate, cake, cookies, chips, pie and nuts. Man, to conquer that EATING thing...

In my defense, I am MUCH better about smaller portions & no 2nd helpings, etc. But every now & then, I do go off the deep end and have more than I should -no matter WHAT it is I'm eating.

And coincidentally, I am STUCK at 175. Can't seem to budge the pudge this time. I do think a lot of it has to do with peri-menopause. It's "da devil" Then again, I've been fat before ... so can I really blame my womanhood??

On 1500-1800, I've discovered I lose weight just as quickly (honestly), and I never have off days. I have a LIFE. I could do this standing on my head. I wish I'd realized this 15 years ago.
I'm new here, but just wanted to say that I feel like I could have written this post. This has been exactly my problem.

I have a few, life issues derail me, IMPATIENCE ( i lose slowly, but evenly) and th ALL OR NOTHING. week has to go perfectly on schedule...or it is a screw up...

and if i screwed that up, then what does it matter, i'm already off plan....blah blah blah. so the best thing for me is less routine...and more just doing.
