I'm up two pounds.. or am I? Hmm.
Sooo, last night I kind of stayed up all night doing homework. I weigh in first thing in the morning on Sundays, but since I had stayed up all night (thus eating to stay fueled, but only some organic cereal & organic milk, then veggies and some nuts) I didn't know if I should weigh in or not. I knew I would be up regardless of what my weight actually was, but I weighed in anyway. I was up two pounds, which I kind of guessed would happen. I don't know if I should record the gain or just wait until tomorrow or Tuesday morning - or whenever I'm not so bloated.
Advice?
I know it sounds pretty simple, but I have this fear of not holding myself accountable for things and having that mess me up. I know I'm probably stressing myself out for no reason, but I don't really know how to handle this situation as it hasn't really happened before in my weekly weigh-ins..
