Yes I know that it sounds wierd. But I seem to be self sabatoging myself because of it. I'm at least 9lbs away from goal, but the thought of reaching it is terrifying. I've been wanting to get to this point for my entire life and I'm so close. Partly because of the skin issues, saggy boobs and lower tummy, but cosmetic surgery is not in my financial future. I've established my next level of goals for when I'm there.

But the idea of reaching the point when I'm maintaining and not trying to lose anymore is scarey.

Anyone else have these feelings?

That's not weird at all. In fact, I think the main reason most people don't reach their goal is because of fear. I know that's the reason why I'm not where I want to be in life.

But knowing why is half the battle.
