Have you considered learning to make your favorite Chinese dishes at home. I love Chinese food, but I make many of my favorite dishes and control what I put in them. Less salt, no MSG, and of course I fry things less.
It took months (years maybe) of trial and error but my steamed buns are legendary amongst my friends.
Additionally do not underestimate the power of a candle light dinner at home with the husband. It may lead to more exercise than you had planned.
