I understand. It's my 3rd day. I understand what you're going through. I actually started doing calorie counting rather than the WW points. So far I like calorie counting. I over estimate my calories. I like WW snacks, especially when they're low in points. When I eat the WW snacks, I just use the calories rather than the points. It's kind of time consuming because I have to input (from scratch most times) my food journal. I've been using fitday.com. It's been holding me accountable. Also, I HATE having to type everything in from scratch, it's almost not worth eating the snack because then I have to go type it in....from scratch. LOL! Today, we started my daughter's kickball practice. Instead of sitting and watching, I took my MP3 and brisked walked for 30 minutes. This was a HUGE accomplishment because I am so sedentary. I was proud of myself. I'm sure my calves won't be happy tomorrow. Keep hanging in there! I hope your headaches go away. It will get better. If your needing a chocolate fix, have 1-refrigerated chocolate peppermint or a couple of hershey's kisses (eaten & enjoyed very slowly). Way to go on day 2!!!!
