I LOVE the LEslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Series. The 1,2, and 3 mile Express series is a great one to start out with. Great. I think you'll really like ti.

All right. So you've got the exercise thing going on, you've mentioned water, what food plan have you mapped out for yourself? There is a common thrown around statistic that weight loss is 80% food - 20% exercise. I found for me that planning in advance is VITAL. Helps me greatly to stay on plan when I know ahead of time what I'll be eating. Makes it much easier. It takes a while till you know which foods work for you and which ones don't. So give it some time. Be creative. Experiment. And mostly - get excited about the wonderful changes you are about to embark on!

Anyway, glad that you're here. This is a phenomenal place for support, advice, encouragement and information.

I second walk away the pounds... I lost a bunch of weight (about 50 lbs) on it before I got pregnant. Once I found a tape getting too easy, or I wasn't losing enough, I'd add ankle weights to increase resistance.
