I'm new today!

low impact workout tapes/ cds that someone has tried. Looking forward to giving and getting support - Drink your water :) |

I second walk away the pounds... I lost a bunch of weight (about 50 lbs) on it before I got pregnant. Once I found a tape getting too easy, or I wasn't losing enough, I'd add ankle weights to increase resistance.
