Gary - note that that fee includes the instructor AND THEIR COMPANION at that all-inclusive resort - you better be minding your Ps and Qs to be sure you're that companion. She might decide she likes a girlfriend better - GRIN HEE HEE

Wink

Have to be quick tonight. I am running out of time. I am also in a very bad mood due to my scale being completely and totally stuck. It is on my last nerve. I have been working too D*** hard to get no results.

Enough blabbing and whining. I will go now.

mtiger - HANG IN THERE - the darn scale will move again - if not, heheh - I'll call Pedro in to have a "talk" with your scale. GRIN.

mrsaugie - clearing stumps?! that sounds like unbelievably hard work - esp if they are like any stumps I remember from the farm. Like you should lose 5 lbs for each stump!

I'm so exhausted...I quit my crap job. Well, I put in a three month notice.

Which means I'll have to pay for my gym membership.

Jeanette - Three months notice! Sounds like forever but I bet it'll go by fast. Good luck finding something that really makes you happy - take care of YOU!!!! Hugs!!!

Happy Tuesday All! I hope everyone is well and feeling great about themselves?

I got up this morning at 6 to snatch an hour for myself to start my de-stressing and breathing "habit". The deep breathing makes me dizzy, though. Have a long journey to go to get my lungs in shape. An hour of that, stretching and yoga - and cool morning air - and I'm still yawning and want to crawl back into bed. And I went to bed at 9! But I didn't eat 200 of my calories yesterday so I'm pining some of this tiredness up to the diet. I didn't even want cookies to fill up that deficit! Really wierd. Like I've EVER had to push myself to eat. Today is exercise room day, though - so I'll be a good girl and eat all my vitamins and get in all my fuel.

Oooh - has anyone tried coconut water for replacing fluids after working out (water not the milk). Oh, boy - here I go on another addiction....sigh!

Well, I got the joy of spending most of the night in the ER. I sprained left my ankle(again, just sprained it in Feb I think) and bruised some where deep in my right wrist.

Mandy, so sorry about your tumble! sprained ankle, ouch ouch.
Hope you get to feeling better soon, but in the mean time let your family spoil you a bit and take good care of you.

Jeanette, brave move quitting your job. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith if you are in an unhappy situation. Supportive thoughts being sent your way.

Well it looks like I have a double complexion

The Good 1/2 of me got their miles in ~ ate healthy breakfasts and reasonable dinners ~ did not snack after dinner

The Bad 1/2 of me ate too much at lunch the last 4 days...not healthy ones especially ~ and forgot to "remember" to have only 3 beers a night after a long...hard...hot...exhausting....day at work (did anyone catch I was feeling like I was "owed" my those beers?)

Keep going TEAM....

It ain't over til the fat lady...and dude...ain't fat!!

Hey Gary, ever thought about seeing what a weight difference there would be with maybe a week with out beer?

Yep...and I have...I figure I drink about 30 beers a week...at about 150 calories each....which means I drink 4,500 calories....which is a bit over a pound a week. Now assuming I would drink some sodas if I quit drinking beer, I bet I would drink easily less than 1/2...no way I would drink 15 sodas a week....I bet I could lose a 1/2 pound a week easily....

Hum. You noticed that I am avoiding myself as a subject? You are not easily fooled, are you?
OK. I hit a rough patch. I am feeling ill, not sleeping well, very tired, and making poor food choices which then make me feel unwell again. I am under a lot of pressure at work, with no relief in sight for several months.
I didn't even feel up to running yesterday.
Well, that's enough moaning.

I WILL STAY ON PLAN TODAY!
