soo, after feeling terrible for two days following my 5K (both emotionally and physically), i took the liberty of a do over this afternoon, with far better results (both physically, psychically, and time-wise): 27 mins, 59 seconds, which is just 6 seconds than my time in February. And I this time I don't feel like I'm going to vomit or otherwise die afterwards. so yay!
what a difference no hangover makes!!
lesson learned, i believe.
