RESULTS

#1 ~ CyndiM

#2 ~ MrsAugie

#3 ~ VIATRE

#4 ~ CruiseCat

#5 ~ NAKEDMANGO - 35:30 outside, and 37:26 on the treadmill

#6 ~ Dream710 - I finished in 48:03
#7 ~ MIDWIFE

#8 ~ IRIS - 39:13 in the park

#9 ~ SWS19 - 27 mins, 59 seconds, which is just 6 seconds than my time in February.

#10 ~ CAKEBATTER - My final 5K time was 39:50 WOOHOO!

#11 ~ NICOLEN - 49:47, so I broke the 50 minute mark!

#12 ~ Shannon In ATL - I'm averaging between 12:00 and 12:45 per mile on my treadmill, I also run faster outside I think! My time came in at 37:15 on the treadmill for this one, my last day outside (4/4) came in at 31:48... but, at least I did it!

i did it! my training time (this week) was 44:09 the best... today was my first 5K sping. and i was trying to stay under 40 mins! i did 39:27!!

just did it on the treadmill. was totally awful, for some reason. 30:11 but sooo painful the whole way and could barely breathe afterwards. i guess the 8 cigarettes and 5 drinks last night prob didn't help. might try again on monday. i don't like backsliding.

Just finished my first 5K, walking most of it as I only started my C25K training a week ago.
I did it in 51 minutes.
Not a great time, but it will give me a target to shoot at for the next time!

Just checking in to report that I just finished my 5K. I did it in 43 min. and I ran the whole thing. I have never ran all 3.1 miles before. And let me tell you the hills on my course are killer.

More good news today. My scale reported 189.4. Yippee!!! Today is a great day to be alive!!

I did 5 5Ks this week. I didn't run any of them, but I average about 52 minutes. Today's was slower than normal because DH did it with me. But DH did it with me, so I am happy about that.

I finally got mine done today. I got sick last Thursday and have been totally out of it until today. So I took it easy and leisurely walked the first mile, did the 2 mile WATP's & then did 30 minutes strength training too.
