My husband believed in the "I can eat all I want to if I exercise" myth. I then told him if that was true then I would be incredibly skinny. When I survey and take my pedometer I regularly make more than 33,000 steps a day. If you don't think that's much, try it. Over mud, rocks, high grass, and 6 foot tall corn (wear long sleeves, corn cuts!).
I could do all that and maintain at 220 pounds through a healthy diet of pop tarts, chinese take out, and cookies. Oh, and a burger for lunch. Yep. Exercise all I want!
