By saying you ended TOM Thursday, do you mean yesterday (not Thurs a week ago?). You might still have some TOM-related weight.

For me personally, I gain about 4 lbs during TOM, and lose it only 3 days after it ends. The reason I KNOW that is because I weigh daily, and therefore am aware of my upward and downward fluctuations. Over time, these made a clear pattern for me...that I gain X amount during TOM that goes away on a specific day. Knowing that pattern made it much easier to be OK with the fluctuations I saw, because they made sense.

Also, have you seen the "Reasons the Scale Fluctuates" thread?

I find that my weight is like the Range Finder game on the Price is right. You know, guess the ridiculous cost of this object that you really don't want within $100 dollars, and you win it!

I tend to move in a 2-3 pound spread - since I weigh every day, I know that I fluctuate up 1 lb or 2, then down 1 or 2, then up, then down 3, then up 1 or 2. But everything gets lower together.

Three days ago, I was 223, then I bounced up to 225, yesterday 224, today 222. I just change my weight on my ticker when I need the psychological boost.

Hmmm, you're right, I forgot Thursday was only YESTERDAY!! lol. Yes, I meant TOM completely finished yesterday. And actually, now that I think back, I usually end up holding on to weight the week my period finishes, and then the other three weeks (even PMS) I tend to go down on the scale.

Okay *takes deep breath* I will try harder, and track my weight every few days instead of once a week.

I will also track EVERY SINGLE THING that enters my mouth, keep up the exercise, and make an appointment to see the doctor/nutritionist.

Please god/universe let it work. I will post on this thread next Friday and tell you what happens!!!

I would weigh myself every day and see low numbers then sometimes see a high number on my weigh in day. Right now I'm not weighing myself for like 28 days. Haha. it helps. I feel less stressed about my weight loss.

And as mandalinn82 said, you may still have some weight due to TOM. I too gain about 4-5lbs and it goes away within a few days.
