My gosh Lori Bell, that is amazing.
I am steady at 176, but lost 2 pounds over Christmas, so I think its just evening out. I would like to reach next mini-goal of 173 by the end of the month.

Year 4 of maintaining 35-50lb weight loss. Today I deadlifted more than my bodyweight. Looking forward to year 5!
