Everyone weigh in 01/03/09

Me: 189, up 3.5 pounds from last week. Very disapointing, but of course not surprising to me. At least the holidays are almost over. I go back to work Monday, and things will hopefully be pretty much back to normal. A new year, a new start! |
I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment tealeaf! You'll get it back under control. I just know it!
I'm down 4 pounds since last week to 221 mostly due to being sick and unable to eat much of anything. Hopefully I'll be better soon and back to normal weightloss through proper diet and maybe some exercise? We'll see :halffull: |
My starting weight - 213 lbs. I've been a yo-yo dieter for 40 years and am ready to make lifestyle changes to better my health. I'm pre-diabetic and have high cholesterol and I don't want to go on meds. I'm planning on exercising by alternating hiking and working with weights and following a mediterranean style diet.

I weighed myself at 179 last night. Guess I'll make Fridays my new weigh in days.

172, down one pound despite having way too many cookies and Cheez-Its on New Years. I'm hoping to get down to 165 by the end of January.

173 as of yesterday morning, down 2 pounds from last week

204. I think. It was 205 with my shoes on. I usually weight with my shoes off. Anyway, onward and downward I go. My goal is to be in Onederland by the end of January. Making plans and setting goals. The joy of January!

Lost 2lbs this week. So very very happy right now.

I weighed in yesterday at 211.2 - which is down from previous weigh-ins, but it was my first OFFICIAL weigh on for 2009. Gosh, I still can't believe that it is 2009 already!!
My plan is to weigh in on Saturdays and Wednesdays to help keep on track and to hopefully avoid my tendency to hop on the scale every single morning. |

316.4 this week down from 320.4 last week. So four lbs lost.

i weighed myself today and i'm 169.8! lost 1.3 lbs last week. i'm so happy. for the past 2 years i've stayed in the 170 lbs range and i'm finally out of it! :D

Down 4 this week, (on Friday) A total fluke I think. I struggled with a no loss and a 1 pound gain a few weeks previous to this while staying 100% on plan, so I think my body was finally dumping what it was hanging on to for a while. I'm freaking at 140 gone. That is a good medium sized person stepping out of my body. It just blows my mind.
