I was just thinking about talking and weight loss. I hear people talking and talking and talking about losing weight and not losing it, and I was like that too. Then I got tired of talking about weight loss. I got tired of living the way I was, and I wanted a different life. Talk is no substitute for action or commitment. Are you tired enough to stop talking about it and start living it? I mean really live it? The way you eat, the way you move your body, the way you think, the things you choose TO talk about?
