Hmmm... They don't look like they have a huge amount of sugar or excessive amounts of artificial stuff, the sodium isn't too bad.... I will say that soy bars often make me a little gassy

and sometime bloated feeling, maybe that could cause a stall for you? Also, if you eat them when you are on the run, are you getting enough water on the day in question? I stall if I don't get plenty of water, especially if I throw in a protein bar on the same day.
