I take a multi vitamin daily and I drink Green tea almost exclusively, besides that its just good food choices and count the calories. 160 pounds gone using said method so far.
Indeed Jay, I am still doin it I just hit the less than 100 pounds to lose mark today and don't plan on stopping until I get there, and even then I believe I will adjust the goal down a bit but only time will tell.
Thank you all for your replies. Right now I'm taking a multi vitamin, calcium, and vitamin C. I'm going to also get fish oil and maybe green tea extract because of the info. I've received from your replies.
