If you're really hungry and not just restless, eat something. Make sure you eat a healthy snack. You don't want to get hungry because then you'll anything and everything. You want to get some protein in a snack or veggies with some protein or fat. Celery and peanut butter, lowfat cheese/cottage cheese and pepper strips. hard boiled egg. Cubes of grilled chicken. Go Now and Eat something healthy.
If you're restless and think you want to eat because you don't know what to do with yourself because it's a time of day when you'd be mindlessly snacking: drink water, brew some tea and sip it, chew gum, do something that will keep your hands busy. But if you're truly hungry, eat.
