Me: 177.5, up one pound from last week, and pretty steady to where I've been holding for the past what, 6 months now? I've never been a big fan of the "set point" theory, but man, this kind of consistency is hard to explain away. I'm not thrilled about this, but at least I'm stuck in the 170's, rather than the 250+'s that I spent most of my adult life at. Maybe I have two set points? Naw, that doesn't make sense either!
I weighed in Friday, it was 265.6 which is down 3.4 from one week ago.
It's the best I've done in months. I keep failing over and over. I did really well for a while and got down to 248, but since October I just haven't been able to get a grip. I'm trying again though!
Weighed in this morning. I'm 193.2 which is down 4.8.
Mind you this loss number is larger than I normally would expect, because most of it is water weight after a 5 month backslide I'm back on plan. Also doing the first phase of South Beach again.
Well, according to the scale, 167. But I'm not quite sure I believe that, because that's down quite a bit from the 171 from most of the previous week. We'll see, I guess.
im a bit late (but my weigh in day is today) but i have lost 8lbs YAY YAY YAY i broke my plateau (hopefully for good) and im well on my way to loosing my goal amount for my holiday YAY YA Y (down to 177)
