I checked in yesterday, before the site went down for maintenance. It seems as though a lot of the posts from yesterday are lost- who knows if we will see them again.
I continue to pray for Shannon and Shawn. Also, too for your son, Wilma (this must be tough on him too!).

Hi! There are quite a few posts missing. Hopefully the glitches get worked out.
Yes, Ginny, My ds is taking it pretty hard. They're a pretty close group and feel each other's pain. They will still all graduate together though so that's good. Shawn is a very intelligent guy and has all the credits he needs to graduate. So, now all he has to do is concentrate on being healthy again.
I'm at work so I better not be on here for very long!

I am at work too, so I can't stay on long either. I am also hesitant to leave much of a post until I am sure that the site is ok and will not lose everything.
Does Shawn know the Lord? How about your son (mind if I have his first name too?). The Lord can really use this for His purposes, and He will be with us when we go thru the fire.

Hi Patricia! Yes, both Shawn and my son (Kendall) are very serious about their walk with the Lord. This illness is already affecting some of their non-Christian friends and making them think.
The info re the missing posts in in the announcement thread. Apparently there was something wrong with the server. All that has been fixed and now hopefully we can plug along again.
Looks like a lot of posts have been lost.
