Well I am not going to give myself an award for yesterday, although I wasn't bad! I had my oatmeal and turkey bacon for breakfast ~ was busy in the yard working on my shuffleboard court and forgot to get a snack ~ SO I was starving at lunch and had 2 BIG pieces of :jeno: pizza that was leftover from nephews dinner with his buddies. Had a new "dip" of peas and sun-dried tomatoes on wheat crackers and dinner was a rice and hamburger dish I made...not sure of calories but not too bad for you.
Going to keep working hard!
