HEY CHEATERS ~

Well, I didn't really cheat yesterday, as I mentioned I did well all day, then we had salad for dinner....although I ate more than I should have...it was healthy! I did not snack after dinner at all....but ~AGAIN~ I had more than my beer limit! DANG! I guess I am still a cheater.

MOMtoCOLE ~ According to MY rule book, jumping on the treadmill after eating a rice krispy treat negates the so called "cheat" ~ I award you a NOT CHEATIN' :val1: Good job!

KERRY ~ Great news on the loss! Super effort on the yard mow! Give the DH a :hug: for picking up a healthy lunch. Enjoy the birthday party.

I did cheat and ate a little piece of birthday cake. But I did pass up the ice cream and the pop. I waited until after the party and went to the store and got me a big bottle of lemon water to drink.
Gary way to go on eating healthy yesterday! The extra salad must have filled you up so you didn't need a snack.

Boy, I missed out. It took me forever to read this whole thread!!! Very fun, so I'm hoping I can join in. I am trying not to cheat. We have a birthday at the office today and she wanted root beer floats. I think I can pass on that. I think.

Well I cheated at lunch today. We went to Arby's. I got a reg. roast beef sandwich and some curly fries. I had a cup of iced tea. So I have to be good for dinner. I did finish the yard this afternoon. So maybe that will make up for the curly fries.

HEY CHEATERS ~

Welcome DIANE How did you do on the rootbeer float temptation? I am NOT a sweet eater (TRUTH!) but I do love rootbeer floats sometimes. I buy Henry Winehard's root beer and orange cream soda. Every now and then I get a bowl of vanilla ice cream and just pour one of them over it as I am drinking the pop. YUMMM...

KERRY ~Sounds like you are doing pretty good...other than the curly fries ;) And you got that yard mowed :carrot:

I am still on course (for me) of eating A LOT better with every thought and meal! I probably...ok...I had too many burritos last night...but I was pggod the rest of the day....on eating...I am not even counting my drinking now...nope...not gonna do it ;)...it is light beer though!

Hi cheaters! Sounds like most of you are doing well!

No cheating yesterday for me! :) Took the kids I nanny for to Larosa's and had half a Philly Chicken sandwich with no sauces and a lunch sized salad. For dinner, my mom made pork chops and I made green beans and two small red potatos. The only thing I'm having trouble with is my nighttime bowl of cereal. I always save calories for it, but cereal has so many carbs that I'm sure it's not a good idea to eat it an hour or less before bed. :/

Hopefully I can be a non-cheater today!

Is your cereal a healthy one? If so, I would think that it wouldn't be THAT much of a problem ...but...I'm always thinkin' one more chip isn't THAT bad either ;)

I need this thread. I've been a big ol' cheater lately. Stress, events, weddings (by the way, Gary, my dad survived the 2nd daughter's wedding in 3 months...I barely did, but my dad did fine), and having not so good food in the house.

Today's plan - oatmeal for breakfast, veggies and ff sour cream dip for snack, leftovers for lunch, fruit salad for snack, WW pasta with chicken sausage, bell pepper, and onion for dinner, and, because i have a costco pack of cherries, mini cherry crisps for dessert. And I need to get in at least 60 min of cardio, and maybe an arm/ab workout.

The goal - no cheatin on any of the above.

Oh, and Gary - we are not beer drinkers in my house, yet somehow we ended up with ALL of the light beer (bud light, miller light, etc. etc) leftover from my sister's wedding (her husband is from St. Louis...they are serious about two things...baseball and Budweiser). Want some? You just have to drive up to get it...

So, I've been avoiding this thread since I've been really good about not cheating for the past 4 weeks, but I finally have to jump in. I took the boys I nanny to the movies today and ate Milk Duds!!! :( So, I pretty much wasted the rest of my calories for the day. I should have known I wouldn't have had the will power to just eat a couple of them! I think it was because I've been feeling down today since the scale has barely budged this week. Oh, well, I'll just do some extra cardio tonight and get back on track tomorrow.

Hope all the cheaters and noncheaters are having a great weekend. I have been busy. Went to the fair last night. Only ate a small box of popcorn and had a small shaved ice with strawberry flavoring. Today went out to lunch with my sdd and sister. Had a Wildfire Chicken Salad. Then went to the movies. Did cheat a little bit after the movies and stopped at the DQ for ice cream. Hope you all have a great week!

Hey KERRY ~ I have not cheated on my food at all...but...even though I was right on my beer limit yesterday, I am over by 1 already today...DANG! I hope your job situations works out well for you.

I cheated today and half of a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Fit into my calorie count, but I still felt a little guilty! My sweet tooth takes control sometimes.
