I wanna drop another 5 lbs at least. DDR is my main workout, and I've been trying to get on standard level instead of light/basic. (Trying a level higher really makes you sweat.)

I think I set my goal for losing 5 pounds this June... In the May challenge thread lol. So I'm bringing it here and reminding myself!! I was 192 pounds when I set it... So by losing 5 pounds I would be at 187... BUT... I'm now down to 190 (YAAAAAAAY) so I have three more pounds to go!
But my other goal is to walk more!!! at least three times a week even if its for 20 minutes at a time.

My turn!!!

My end of June goal is to reach 160. I haven't made it past 165 on this scale and seeing 163 was a HUGE motivator.

So hopefully by the end of the month, I'll be down 3 lbs. Not an unreasonable goal. I'm hardly ever hungry and I love my foods now.


Other goals: Jog a mile continuously instead of breaking it up. Work out twice a day for 2 days/week.
Learn more healthy recipes.

I want to weigh under 160 lbs, which would mean loose about 3 lbs. I am hoping slow but steady will work.

I started to choose healthier foods back in January. I want to continue making good choices.

I have not done ANY exercise. My goal for June is to incorporate some tiny amount of exercise.....like five minutes a day or so on my mini stair stepper. Now....I've said it. Just do it!!!!!!!!!!!

I spent a week having a ball at my sister's house in Atlanta, eating out every day. And I only gained a pound! But it's time to make progress again, so I will set a hopeful goal for June 14-30 of 6 pounds. That will put me at 220 which will seem like a miracle to me.
I am not going to exercise class this month because we are having renovations on our house and I want to be here while workmen are here. So I will walk 2.5 miles every other evening on the local track as my exercise. My exercise goal for the month is 20 miles of walking.
Vacation was fun but it feels so good to be back on plan! Lisa

I've already been off plan in June for a few special events, and I'll be at my Mom's all next week...so I'm going to say I'd like to get down to 175 by the end of June. That's only 3 pounds away, but I only have two more weigh-ins (I do it on Tuesday), so it sounds about right. My other goal for June is to run at least 60 miles. I've done about 30 so far, so I should be able to hit that goal.

When I hit 175, I will have lost 100 pounds!!

My goal is to stick to my rules of following the food pyramid, eating when hungry, stopping when satisfied (not stuffed!), and to eat one portion of things (unless they're veggies or fruits).

I'd like to see myself down to 244-240. I'd like to see that number as a constant, not a fluctuation.

Jay....I am doing aweful!!! I did not lose a single pound last week. On the good side, i stayed the same....why because i add in some excersize, does my weight loss slow down. For the two weeks i took off from the gym, i was losing 2 pounds a week, i add excersize in...and it stays where it is!!!!!????? arggggggghhhhh!!!! But, in my head I also know that excersizing tones up the body and makes you lose inches, so don't fret....i will still be excersizing 3 days aweek at least!! (And on a very happy note, I went out and bought me a size 10 pair of jeans this weekend!!!!)

Hey ladies!
Wow... we're already coming to the end of June - isn't that crazy? We've got six days left and so I wish you all luck in the next few days to try and make your goals. I'm having a sucky time at the moment because I can't shift a pound... one... stinkin' pound! Ah well, perseverence is the key unfortunately.
