June's Goals....
What are your goals for this new month?? I am going to try to eat healthy every day, and excersize 3 or 4 times a week, maybe add in some weights and I hope to drop another 6 pounds this month to bring me down to 155. That is my End of June Goal....to be 155.

My exercise goal is to work out 4 times a week.
My weight goal is to make it down to 195, it would mark the first time I'm below 200 in 10 years! |

I want to stop my "not planning" on the weekends, and actually PLAN those days. It will help keep me on track for sure!

Lumifan! You and I are at exactly the same weight right now, 161, and we have exactly the same goal! I want to reach 155 by the end of June--that's my current goal weight!

I wanted to be under 200 by the 4th of July-but it looks like I will reach that sometime this month! Wow-it only took 11 YEARS...........

I want to lose at least 6 lbs, bringing me to 175. Preferably I'd like to lose more, but I don't want to make unrealistic goals!
I'd also like to practice better choice making habits when I am out with my friends, and reform my work eating habits. OH, and be stricter with my 1500 cal limit. Too often I go over and say, "oh its just 100 cals". |
i wouldnt mind seeing 205 lbs or less on my scale by the end of june. :)
