B-1C frozen berries,banana
S-hard boiled egg
L-Veggie Quesedilla(veggies, lowfat cheese, 2 low cal tortillas, ff sour cream and salsa) and a salad
S-cheese string and some crackers
D-making pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, not really lowcalorie, but I can have 2 and still be in calorie range, and salad w/ light dressing
S-popcorn
Water-3.5L
Exercize-after Im done of breakfast and get the baby dressed we are going for a walk, it was nice out yesterday and we went on some of the trails we have around here, so we will probably do that again, it was really muddy, but, a good workout since its really hilly.
