These kinds of threads are always interesting to me..

I am now 227 and wear a size 16, and I cannot wait to get into 14's. I think I have a large frame, but I definitely know that I'm REALLY muscular.

At 230 I wear a tight 20 and a loose 22 pants, x-large or 18/20 in tops. At 200 I wore an 18 or 20 in pants. I'm 5'3". So in that 30 pound range I have worn most of the same clothes, give o take a pair of pants or two. My tops didn't change though.
