Default Beans and lentils

I've recently started to incorporate more beans and lentils into my diet for protein, etc. My trainer has suggested mixing them with veggies in a rice paper wrap.

Any advice/tips on what beans/lentils to eat and how to best prepare them?

Any advice would be great!

If you like Indian food, there are plenty of dishes made with lentils and beans. Do let me know in case you want some recipes/links for them

i usually cook beans and/or lentils and add some diced fresh veggies like tomatoes (sometimes dried tomatoes too), peppers, celery, seitan, sometimes i cook it first and then put it in a saucepan with onions, garlic, veggies (zucchini go nice with lentils), add some olive oil and stew it.
i also like to add some black pepper, chili or curcuma, mmm.
hope it helps!
