Well, I'm trying it out today - I've had a week of being really good and I'm off out tonight!
I find that if you stick to it, the weight DOES come off in the end. I can be wonderful for three weeks and lose nothing and then suddenly I'll lose 5 lbs in the fourth week, and I didn't do anything different it just takes time for your body to adjust.
And then I can do exactly the same the month after and lose a solid 1.5 lbs every week.
I did find though earlier on in my diet the weight came off pretty regularly, it's just since August really that's it's started being erratic and I started getting weeks when I gained regardless of how well I ate. But I know now that if I stick at it, it will come off in the end.
