I'm a dreadful cook which makes things worse coz when hubby is at work I tend to just get a ready meal or a takeaway...unfortunately I'm surrounded by takeaways literally...within walking distance of my house there is 3 fried chicken places (one is kfc), 1 chinese takeaway, 2 indian restaurants, 1 mexican restaurant, and about 8 or 9 "everything" takeaway places (i.e. they do burgers, curries, pizzas, kebabs etc etc....oh and 2 fish and chip shops! it's really not good! lol.

I love chatting too, and also need LOADS of support I'm planning on sticking around a while, it seems nice here.

Ok, so Ive lost 3lbs and I dont know how to move my bee!

Ella xena,
u have the same problem as me with takeaways lol. Before I started my cut down I had takeaway for 14 nites straight. Got totally sick of them. So now here I am, no longer drinking 3 x 2 litre bottles of fat coke aday.
Now I'm drinking water!!!! I'm eating fruit for brekkie and a salad cream and tomato sandwich for lunch everyday.
Last nite I made a roast chicken and dry roasted the potatoes. Nice xxx

I must add that usually we would have 8/9 roast potatoes as well as mashed potatoes. Last nite we had 4 roasties each and no mash. Some will still say thats too much, but its way less than before. xx

OK - in your sig you will see the following code:

Code:
http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/tulip-bar/bee01/lb/224/168/224/.png
Where it says 224/168/224/.png, change the last 224 to 221, so it says 224/168/221/.png

Then save your sig and it will have changed to look like this:

From then on, simply change the final number to reflect your current weight.

congrats faery

I'm very shameful in saying that although I've done marvellously well for the past 3 days, today I've had pizza hut! *hangs head dolefully* I feel so totally guilty.

Hello,

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to the other brits, I am possibly the biggest woman in the uk - well that walks about anyway, I never see anyone bigger than me. And now I am pregnant, 11 weeks, according to my scan! So joy! Anyway, I thought I had better post because if there is anyone thinking I am too big to post, I am inevitably bigger than them. But I am losing, and as soon as I get my big scales I will up date you all on my weight loss. I hope it will be a weight loss. Anyway, I hope you all are doing ok even though its summer holidays!

Hey! Don't put yourself down! Welcome by the way.

We are all dealing with the same Sh*t whether we have 1 pound or a number of stones to lose and it can be equally trraumatic to have that one pound refuse to shift than to try to lose several stone!

Congrats on the pregnancy by the way!
