Thanks everyone, those are really great suggestions. I just need to start this whole dieting thing over. The last two months I've only lost about 7 pounds because I haven't been very honest with myself, but I'm starting over and leaving the past in the past. Thanks!
For LOOPY- I know a great ab exercise that works for me. You lie on the floor, put your hands under your bum, then raise you legs at least 6 inches off the floor and then open your legs like scissors, hold it there for about 10 seconds, close them and then repeat as you gradually add more seconds with every opening. This is not easy but it gets you results faster than doing regular sit ups. It works your abs (upper and lower), your obliques and the back of your legs. Good luck!!!!
