 Poor whaley!

Glad your spots are better Kyk! I've been asleep all day.... Apart from library and food shopping! Ah bliss! I will be squaring my eyes this evening finishing off my kickboxing web page. And I hope to do my leg weights tonight that I missed yesterday and my run that I didn't do today, tomorrow! If that makes sense!

Have a lovely weekend all!

I'm just watching whaley now, poor thing.

I'm just being ultra organised and planning my food for the week before going to Tesco in an attempt to buy only what I need for a change!

Just saw that poor whaley died :(

Oh poor whaley! Did they put it down or did it do it all by itself?

Having bizzare concoction of scrambled eggs with chicken and bacon and marmite flavoured crackers!! :hun:

I just found out about poor whaley, I am sure it was already poorly when it entered the Thames, whaley's do that when they're not well. At least it was only one lickle whaley.........near where I used to live dozens beached themselves not long ago and they nearly all died.

We had minted lamb steaks, peas, potato and grilled tomatoes for tea, it was very nice.

Frus, you've not gone into the 100lb club have you??? Everyone who enters in there tends to get in the family way, and that strange concoction sounds like something preggers people eat!!!!

:nono: No deff not! At least I don't think so...... ;)

It just had lots of protein, but I don't know why I bothered since I've just had my 2nd hot cross bun! :tantrum: It was to celebrate my kickboxing website going live! You can check it out if I can sneak the link past veggie!

Hmmm I just checked the address and it seems to have reverted back to the old site! :tantrum:

Feck. I've just been trying to work out a 9 - 10 mile route for my run tomorrow, and it's a lot further than I thought. The route I was thinking of is only about 7 miles, so I've had to get a little more ambitious. I will end up going to the city centre (the long way!) and back, luckily the way back is on a bus route back home in case I run out of steam mid way.

Oh and poor whaley. :(

2frustrated 01-22-2006 03:46 AM

Ta veg for that gem of info - I'm so lazy I didn't click on the links "more info"

Contemplating whether I should go out for a nice run now the sun's shining :sunny: or tidy up and have breakfast first. I SHOULD go out now.. I've lost a bit of my duracell bunniness! Perhaps if I go I will find my duracell bunniness out there... that's a thought! ;)

YP1 01-22-2006 05:10 AM

I'm just in from a 9 mile run :faint: I have no idea how long it took because I pressed the wrong button on my watch, but not too much over an hour and a half, and 10 minute miles on a long run isn't bad at all, for me...

micheleherts 01-22-2006 06:23 AM

Oooooh you are all so fit. I love running on the treadmill but I can't seem to master doing it on the pavements, and when I say run I only do 15 minutes!!!

The whaley died just as I was waiting to go out, I was sat there watching Sky News. Poor thing and yes I'd say it was poorly too. Didn't it have the cutest little face.

Michele x
