I went to the gym really early this morning! Spent two hours! :) working out! It was fun!

Then went to see Harry Potter again at the cinema!

I got my dress for the masquerade ball today, from frus' folks. It's gorgeous!!!! And it FITS!!!! I'm getting excited about it now. I hope I don't lose anymore weight before 1st December or the dress won't fit :p

Well my weekend was going great.... and then! I fell on the glass like ice outside the front door this morning! doh!!!!

Okay I am not exercising this week, no gym no lifting heavy stuff! I officially have an "Upper Arm Injury" lol I pulled a muscle and my are and shoulder are all in pain and stiff and swollen, brusing is just coming out now!

I was very worried when I was running this morning that I'd hit an icy patch at speed and skid off into the distance.

I had the same thing - I used to average about once every 10-12 weeks, which certainly had its advantages (other than never being sure when it was going to arrive). No such luck these days.

Me too! I used to have one or two periods a year (I have polycystic ovaries), but since I've started losing I've finally developed a 28-days- like-clockwork cycle at the grand old age of 40. Grrr - I preferred it the old way - it's one of the very few drawbacks of weight loss!

I have to do one of my most hated activities at the weekend, bra shopping, grrrrrrrrr. I have to get a strapless bra for the masquerade ball. I wish I could have a general anaesthetic and wake up and it's done!!!!!

I'm in a good mood today, I've booked a rugby watching trip to the South of France for February, and it coincides almost perfectly with the time when I'm hoping to be around goal so I could make it a reward trip if all goes to plan :D

How exciting!!!! Both France and being at goal!!! I think I'll be 90 by the time I'm at goal!!! Come and visit me in the Old Folks Home and help me celebrate!!!

I've had such a fun day did my exercise program at the gym again with the cute instructor. He was really funny and set the leg press for 98kilos as a joke, and then reeled back when I could do 15 reps without a problem! That's more than I weigh!!!

I had a lovely swim after then did aquaerobics this afternoon. It was really hard today, I am just not co-ordinated at all!

Now my peaceful days off are going to be disrupted coz DH is off now too!
