Grrrrrrrrrrrr I thought we looked everywhere for those danged things!!!!! It's very cool that they fit though, not long and they'll look fabulous!!!! How much were they???

They had Lancashire Hotpot on the menu at work yesterday, but I avoided it, I like it, but I was virtuous and went for the salmon. We have the best work cafeteria ever!!! There were banana and pineapple fritters for dessert, and I really wanted one, I kept debating, and the two others at my table decided we would share one, but when I went to get it, it looked horrible!!! Disaster averted!!!! My strange friend Hiba got custard, then got some normal bananas out of her handbag, so we had banana custard fondue!! Very strange!!!

Cat I'm here! Don't call the emergency services yet! Been feeling a bit under the weather but went kickboxing last night anyway, then went home and straight to bed with a protein shake!

I think I'm going to take this week off weights. At least until I feel better!

Haven't made any gingerbread men yet! I'm saving that treat for bank holiday weekend!

I have just bought some flaxseed oil on a whim.. Ah EFAs! I've been reading all about their goodness on some quack website

Seriously, they are very good for you, but the expert seemed a bit of a nutter!

I've also stocked up on my protein powder in the Holland and Barrat sale!

I really must stop drinking pepsi... I've now got the shakes Damn you all to **** healthy foods and tiredness and goddam pepsi!

Calling KYK!

How often do you have your "maintenance week"? I like the idea, and since I'm feeling a bit poo, I thought I might take one this week and work it into the BIG PICTURE!

Hope you feel better soon Frus take it easy for a few days

Well, that hotpot was really good but it sent everything to pot I was at hubbies workshop last night discussing a small problem I had with my car we drank Buds while we were discussing it then we had the hotpot then I fancied "something sweet" (I blame the beers ) I ended up eating two big chocolate caramel biscuits (similar to twix but twice as bad ) i've been awake all night don't know if it was the beer or the fact that I was listening to hubby breathe inbetween his snoring fits so I ended up giving up trying to sleep and got up to read magazines had my "first" breakfast at 6.30am and my "second" one at 9am a drawback of being up all night is that you get hungry earlier too so i'm going to have to watch it today or i'll end up blowing it again.

I think they were £65ish. They didn't have 501s, but they were definitely Levis.

I need an alarm or something to stop me going into shops. Today I bought a dress, a skirt and two tops from Warehouse Financial disaster was averted though - despite the full prices adding up to a whopping £143, everything in the sale was £5 so I walked out a mere £20 poorer. And to be fair to me, there were quite of few things that I tried on and didn't buy...

Hi frus, I do my maintenance week every two months, roughly, sometimes a week earlier or later if there is something on, like my birthday, or towards the end of this month, a friends wedding.

I can't wait to be able to shop at Warehouse. I have a bit more choice of shops now, but just not quite enough for my liking!!! The big shopping trip for the wedding is coming up next week, I can't wait!!!!

Hmm ok, well since I've only been properly on plan for a month, I'll take yesterday afternoon as an "afternoon off"!

We had chips... And because it was such a minging day, pouring down constantly and I was so wet when I got home I made a hot chocolate. With marshmallows! Then Dom brought chips so I ended up having half a (whopping) portion of chips and I also snuck in some cake... and about 5 pringles... I wanted some Green and Black's that we had in the fridge, but I didn't get round to it! Yay me!

Ah well, back to it today! The saturated fat probably did me good!

Default mini breakthrough

Really hungry this pm so instead of trying to be good and resisting the urge to eat a choc biscuit , I took phats advice and i had it (and a cheese sandwich ) without feeling guilty or beating myself up about and that was it. Doesn't seem like a big deal does it? but this is the first time I've not went on a binge for the rest of the day and I feel in total control of my eating.
Thanks guys

Well I've had an extremely busy couple of weeks so haven't had chance to post .

Back on plan for now, still haven't lost any more weight! Have eaten really good so far today and tonight is my 3rd gym night of the week so looking forward to some treadmill work and weights.

It's good to see everyone is doing well .

I've now found them in TK Maxx for about £20 so all is not lost. And to think we looked everywhere on Saturday

I bought just one more top today, in the other branch of Warehouse. It says "nobody's perfect, but I'm pretty close" on the front

I have a total mental block in TK Maxx, I can never find ANYTHING! YP I am with you on the Levis however, they are gonna be a "skinny" purchase when I'm a bit trimmer! I'm also really hankering after a pair of Seven for all mankind jeans, but I might save them for when I go off to the states next... Or Cat could start shipping them over too!

Shush - well done on the "no biggie" about the food! I'm totally with you on that. My chips were "no biggie" at all and usually they'd set me off eating everything in sight!

Hi Lynne, welcome back! Keep on keeping on! I keep having to tell myself that!

Cat - don't worry about the Halloween Candy, Christmas chocs will be in the shops after the bank holiday! NARGH!
