Well done Veggie 3lb is fantastic !!!!!!
I have stuck to weatabix, banana, slimfast shake, slimfast bar and ordinary meal for tea all week.
Tonight though I'm going out for a slap-up meal, because its my birthday, I'm 45 and I feel so old.

Yay, the weight loss fairy has been kind to me. Down another 2lb from Wednesday to make 3lb for the week. Really 3.5, but I'm not going to get carried away and count that extra half too soon, and it can be a bit of a head start for next week ;)
