Have decided to go it alone for the school holidays (break from slimming world).
I had my first weigh in today 164.8. Lost 1.2lb already (Not really got weighed in the nude, first thing in the morning instead of tea time). Had to nick the battery from my husbands guitar tuner for my scales cause I have'nt used them for ages (That will please him). I have 4 weeks to my holiday and I'm determined to lose half a stone. The reason for this is we are going to France to see my mother-in-law, and when we were there at easter,, she kept going on about how she would have given me her old silk blouses if only I was slimmer and would have to wait until the own daughters came to vist and give them to them instead. I would not have been seen dead in them, but that is besided the point. I can always diet better with something like this on my mind and am determined to show the old trout. Carole |

Wow! Over 100lb now too! I'm fairly stuck at 209 at the moment, hoping the scales will shift a bit by Wednesday.

I've lost another 2 lb!!!! I'm stunned!!! And I am being featured in the Sona Gym newsletter with pictures and everything, my gym instructors are showing off!!!!

Congrats all you LOSERS!
I am gutted this morning! Stepped on the scales for the first time in about 6 weeks! I know I was a JUNK MONKEY while we were moving house and I had a couple of off days the past couple of weeks, but I've put on 5lbs since I last weighed :cry: I don't think much of it can be muscle either! Since I've only done 3 weight training sessions! I'm not taking it too much to heart, cos I'm only going to weigh once a month from now on since I'm weight training. Weird thing is, I feel smaller! My muscles are very tight (maybe they're just sore!?) and I'm physically on top form (apart from the lingering cold...) I whooped *** at kickboxing last night. I guess I'm just going to have to show those scales who's boss and not worry about them too much! Plus my measurements have gone up... :?: |
I lost the half pound I gained last week, but nothing more. So I've had a net loss of 0! :censored:

I have put on 2lb this week and im gutted coz I haven'y really cheated except having a few drinks on Sat! :( Oh well gotta keep going!! :dizzy: Well done all you loosers!!!

1lb down from Sunday (I'm weighing twice a week at the moment), which I'm fairly pleased with as I felt like I'd been stuck at 209 for ages.
