Lost half a pound at fat club (don't think I will make my challenge target ho ho). Rubbish. Had a different consultant as usual one on holiday, replacement one is lovely. Am now sitting eating rock my sister brought me from Blackpool.

Success. Now at 213.5. I'd rather think of that as a .5lb loss over two weeks than gaining 3 one week and losing 3.5 the next though, so those 3 from holiday, which are now gone, will be officially classified as water.

It doesn't really make any difference, it just makes me feel better to look at it like that. I have this rule that if a gain doesn't stay around for more than a week I ignore it. It makes me feel better about fluctuations.

It is better to not focus on gains (well I have been doing that for months).

Well done Mary.

N.o.t.h.i.n.g for me, yet again. Frustrating, but never mind!!! My gym instructor did all my measurements, and everything is going in the right direction, except the scales!!!!

Losing inches is as important as losing pounds luv, just remember that No loss for me, cos I've not stood on the scales.. know I haven't lost, feel fat and flabby and sweaty... poor me... need to get in gear and stop moaning........ positive thoughts... are on their way, I can feel them....more tomorrow.

No loss this week. I'm not surprised at all as I fell off the bandwagon over the weekend. Wretched sausage rolls!

Veggie
I must say this because its driving me mad I've had two pictures in my head of you all week.
I (The true one) Daintily eating small sweet size pieces of rock out of the jar with your little finger stuck up in the air.
2 Gripping a three foot monster size pink, mint stick and gnawing on it like a tazmanian devil.

All the lager I,m drinking at night(due to hot weather of course) must be getting to me, not doing my diet much good either.

Both are sort of true The rock were only little sticks but I did have most of (ok all of) a (small ) jar as well.
