HI everyone, I joined a few weeks ago but had a bad couple of weeks

First my birthday, then a meal out, then a weekend in Glasgow drinking tons and watching Coldplay, then a few days on training in the south. Definitely not an average couple of weeks for me, but we need to have fun sometimes
So first of all I put on 2 pounds, but then last week I stuck to my diet properly and lost 4, so it was all worth it. This week I've started off well and it's my official weigh in day on Monday so hopefully I'll have lost a few more by then!
I have a mini goal I've set myself and I need to lose 12 pounds by the Bank Holiday in August...bit of a challenge but I'm absolutely determined! Congrats to everyone who has lost this week!
