I've managed to lose the 2 pounds i put on over the past 2 weeks and am back to where i started at the beginning of the challenge, with the same amount to lose but less weeks to do it in! So thats what, 6 weeks to lose 10 pounds... no problem! Ha Ha

I am SOOOOOOOO frustrated! GNAAA!

I've been sooooooo good all week and working out like a DEMON! And I haven't budged that ticker! I've just lost a couple of pounds that I put on before! I thought they'd come off quicker cos they went on pretty quick!

*sigh* : and there's only 4 and a half weeks left...

I'm glad there are 4 more weeks I'll have to lose 3.5 a week to do it. I can do that at this weight if I try hard.

I'm thinking I wasn't ambitious enough at the moment. I might revise my target, although I did set it a bit low on the assumption that I'd make it close, then go to stay with my parents for 10 days and then spend the last week of the challenge trying to shift it again, so it's probably not as close as it looks from the ticker!

Hi girls
Toot you are not far off now, only the last home stretch to race down
4 weeks Veggie?
Frus that is 2lbs gone that would have been 2lbs on if you hadn't been good Just think positive and forward not back to what was last week, last month, whatever.

This is now. This is today and we WILL all do this.

Heck! I must be feeling motovated this morning

I'm off to do last nights dishes then I've got to go and get a load of hay for my pony. I'll pop back in later.

Take care,

Chez

I am feeling slightly more positive!

Been to gym and took a sneaky peak at the scales and they seem to be under control! If I'm very very good today they might shift a little further for Official Weigh In Day! Not that that will happen easily, my Navy friend is up for the weekend so perhaps we will be boozing! I'll try to be good! Promise!

Well I went out for my girls night out last night, and expected to see a gain on the scales this morning, Nope, I lost a whole pound overnight - Lord, it's a miracle !

I therefore advise you all to go out tonight and eat two poppadoms, followed by a spoonful each of pilau rice, chicken balti, veggie jalfrezi, bombay aloo and sag aloo, and wash it down with 2 pints of Cobra, 4 G&Ts, 4 shots of Butterscotch schnapps and 4 shots of Sour Apple schnapps.........if it worked for me it should work for you too!!

Wow, now that's the sort of diet food I could happily eat for the rest of my life!!

Today I've been good and drunk plenty of water, and walked around for 5 hours in Thetford Forest at the Mountain Bike National Points Series. AND I passed on the spine-burgers and had a non-buttered jacket potato with baked beans for lunch. So despite last night's indulgence, my halo's already back in place
