Well I'd like to join you girls/fellas? I wonder if I could lose 11lbs by the end of this challenge. Heck we can but only try!
Put me down for it and I shall try to get to 10st.

Chez (now panicing)

Well, i managed 7/10 on the last challenge, so if i go for 10 again i should do well providing i keep up with the exercise and stick to the diet!!

The only exercise i do at the moment is walking (i try to do at least 1 1/2 miles a day)maybe when i've lost a couple of stone i'll have the staminer for something more vigorous.

I'm down a bit - to 192lbs, or 13st 10lbs!!!

Just 6.5lbs to go for 2Frus's Grad Challenge.

I just might make this one - first time for everything I suppose!

Down 2lbs this morning, I guess from the dehydration and the general going on!

Just 12lbs to go! Breaking 11st 13lbs would be a breakthrough!

Susan I'm sure you will do it. 1 1/2 miles is good. I just realised my back didn't hurt today when I was walking a minor triumph!

I'm going for 7 pounds I'm currently *mumbles* 269 pounds yes 2 pounds over when I rejoined fat club 2 months ago, actually it may be 3 months now. I could just smack myself hard at this minute.

I'm down a pound. 7 to go (although I'm fully expecting to put some on next week so in reality it's probably more than that...)
