Keep going Frus, it must be difficult with your toe as you're normally so active. How much longer will it take to heal? Hope you're up and at 'em before too much longer.

Just a note about Celeb Fit Club, which I've just watched (recorded it), I have to vent but Lizzie annoys me soooooo much for all the obvious reasons, but what get's me real mad is that as a non-celebrity and without the money the others have, she's been given an amazing opportunity, I would LOVE to have a dietician to give me advice 24/7, a fitness instructor (even if it is Harvey) to personalise a programme for me, advise, bully, motivate, but again be there with any questions, problems etc, a hypnotherapist on hand if she wants it, and what does she do - dismisses most of it as rubbish and has been the least successful person they've ever had. She's been given all these things, that I know if I had would help, I know at the end of the day it's down to you and you've got to lose the weight, but she's had so much support and has just wasted it. GRRRRRR

That's better, just wanted to get that off my chest

thatll be at least a lb off with all the venting energy used up
i watched trisha at work one day last week and it was about weight, there was someone on saying that personal trainers are not as expensive as people think, the money some people spend on takeaways a month would pay a monthly PT(personal trainer) the money some people spend on smoking would pay for a PT same with drinking
id give up anything to have a few one on one sessions with harvey

Lost 2 pounds. Still not exactly 100% into the slimming world plan but I wasn't last year either when I lost quicker. I told my consultant I was 50% there which is about right.

lol @ toot on the e bay thing! Almost bought a motorbike!

veg can I borrow about 25% of your 50% then I'll be more motivated than I am now!!

Dotty, they reckon about 4 more weeks of hurts But I can walk a lot better now. Am going to start a Yoga class on Sunday morning and perhaps go swimming afterwards. Then I'm going to go back to kickboxing on Tues but take it easy. I won't be going to the "advanced" class for a while!

Hi, i am new to this site. I was wondering how you are doing it? Like can you give me some weight loss tips. So far i have lost 11 pounds, from quiting sodas and just drinking water and milk, and cutting down on fatty foods. If you have any more tips, please help me. Thanks.

Hi, wantingtobethin Welcome. I will say that you need to write down your daily in take of food, it will make you realise what works for losing and what you eat on 'bad' days...

I don't know!

I did have a bit of a scare last week with some chest pains which, after spending the night in casulty they said was probably gallstones and that eating fatty foods can aggravate them, so I've steered clear of that this week. And I went for a walk a couple of lunchtimes.
