Veggie never mind we're all entitled to celebrate that (if we still want to ) you'll get it off for next week

3 on isnt too bad veggie at least you arent right back at your re-starting weight(which you thought), tell you what it takes guts to go to a class knowing your going to have a gain, i used to just not go, if i knew id gained then one week would lead into another and you get where im going!

hi all, first weigh in today since I started weighing again and I'm very pleased to say I've lost 2.5 lbs. I did a bit more exercise last week, but I did have a bit of funny tummy on the weekend so I didn't eat too much (for a change), so I'm not sure what's worked, but I'm well pleased. I feel that weighing again was the right decision as knowing I've lost has motivated me to carry on (just have to make sure I don't have a gain in case it works the other way )

That's unfair not being able to put half pound in! My slimming world group weighs in half pounds but when we get a different consultant due to hols they never do.

thats sisters for you...........cant do right for doing wrong..............me being the elder sister knows ALL about this!!
did you watch oversize kids last night on ch4? there was a young girl on it, and i felt so sorry for her and the way she was thinking about herself, then i realised OMG!!! that was exactly my way of thinking at that age, shes a very lovely looking girl and is now losing the weight but the emotional damage i think may take a lot longer to get rid off

ok confession time.....

I've put on about 4 or 5 lbs with broken toe, 90th birthdays and no kickboxing

I'm really going to kick my armadillo's butt! I'm being mega good and have promised that I'll relax when I'm down to 11st 10lbs. However long that'll take me! No bingey days or biggy meals out or anything like that!

I'll probably be down there in no time anyway cos the Uni work is starting to pile on now... No time to eat! I wish! I tend to eat too much just to make up!!

Ah well, I'm taking it one day at a time and I've been good since Sunday if I don't mess up tonight at work! Had a small hiccup on Monday cos the computers at work went down for 2 hours, so we had to stay till 1am! I bought crisps...
