have you been getting all your points in? you're not going below your minimum are you? if you are then i'd suggest upping your intake to make sure you're getting your minimum pts
As for drink
i'd be thin again if I could stop drinking beer
thats where a lot of my cals come from
4 beers = 600 cals (approx) AAAARRGGGHH!
