Aaaaargh! No weight loss what so ever!!! Like Veggie my confidence was so high and all I have lost is a single solitary pound!!

Still I do seem to have lost inches, 3 off chest and hips, 4 off waistline!!!!

So I am happy - not going to get too hung up on the weight bit, but accept that all the exercise is having a positive effect, even if it makes me HUNGRY!!!!!

What gig are you going to Veggie??? I'm going on a "maintenance holiday" now until the end of Easter. My gym instructor wants me to keep up with my exercise, but allow two or three extra treats into my diet for a week, then get back into it. It sounds liek a plan to me!!!! If I lose more weight in the maintenance week than I do normally, I will be exceedingly annoyed!!!!
