I Agree :yes: yesterday I was hungry when I got in and if i'd waited to make something that took longer i'd have been bingeing on other stuff in the meantime :rofl:

Wednesday:

Brekky: 2 Blueberry Pancakes with Syrup

Snack: "My" Trifle (slurp) :T
Can Diet Sprite

Dinner: 400g of Mashed Potatoes with Butter Buds on top. (did'nt want sausages)
2 sls Reg Wholewheat Bread
125ml Gold n' Nut Ice Cream :T :T :T

Cals 975 16g Fat.

Break Time: Corned Beef Wholewheat Bun

Lunch: "" "" "" ""
Rice Krispie Treat

Dinner: Roast Beef.
Mashed Potatoes
Carrots
2 Wine Coolers

Snack: Choc Pudd.


Bedtime: Hot Choc.

1450 cals 26g Fat.

Nowt up wi' that ;) as a kid all I wanted for mi tea was boiled ham and chips :lol: and 20 years later my now MIL remembered it was my favourite :rofl: and offered it to me for tea :lol3:

I am trying to get back on track with my diet as I have been really bad over the last few months and have a ball gown to get in before December - lol.

Today - Green

Breakfast

2 fried eggs (frylight)
small tin of baked beans
Milky Decaff Coffee (HEa)

Lunch

missed lunch as was having a nap to catch up on all the sleep I have missed recently and I know that I will be up late tonight as have to take my mum to the ferry port.

Dinner


Batchelors Roasted Garlic and Chicken Pasta and Sauce
Carrots
Brussel Sprouts
Broccoli

Snacks

Cheese (HEa)
Hi-Fi Bar (HEb)

I still have all my syns left which I will probably use for a pack of Revels
and a HEb whic I might treat myself to a couple of slices of toast later

There will be more dress pictures. In fact, here is a pic of the dress that I have bought but I have to lose approx 1" off my back to get the zip up all the way - lol. I do have a back up dress though.

Well done on 3 days Veggie, I find the first 3 days are the hardest, today is day 3 for me too.

Breakfast

Lunch

1/2 pack (shared with a friend at work) mushroom pasta and sauce
grapes
pineapple

Dinner

Quorn Cottage Pie (2.5 syns)
Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Apple and Cinnamon Muller Light

Snacks

Cathedral City Dippers with branston pickle (HEa, HEb and 2 syns - well worth it - lol)

I am just going to the kitchen now to treat myself to a fried egg sandwhich with wholemeal bread left over from my HEb and half a pack of Revels with my left over syns.

Oooh that's a pretty frock!! I am trying to talk BF into taking me to Summer Ball next year cos it will be our last one and I want to go to a black tie event with him!! He's moaning it's too expensive, but I just wanna wear a slinky dress and look all sexy for a change!! All my black tie events I have been wearing a meringue!:eek:

Anyway, eats for yesterday:

1 iced lemon finger
1 babybel
1 breaded chicken fillet thing
(over the course of about 2 hours)


Dinner
Mozzerella
2 sl wholemeal bread
banana
satsuma
few M&Ms

Down the pub
1 regular coke :hyper: 1 diet coke, 1/2 bag McCoy's crisps

At home
small bowl of cranberry wheats

Total 1800 cals approx not bad for a bad day!!#

I need to start journalling seriously again :rolleyes: i've been leaving it until the evening and by then i've forgotten half of what i've eaten :rofl: my daughter is giving me stick about not losing too :( cuz i've only got SEVEN weeks until I leave :faint:
