I have gone off all other spirits due to bad experiences! And as spirits and diet mixers are slimmers best friend in the alcohol world...I am left with litte choice! :)

1 white choc truffle

Dinner
apple & blackberry crumble with custard!

total 1,000,000 cals!! Ha ha! Kidding, probably not too bat considering I haven't had any snacks as such. I might raid the fruit bowl before bed though!

Yeh..you're right Kel its supposed to have that 'effect' too..sit in a hot bath and drink it :dunno: always thought it was an old wives tale myself :lol: never had call to try it anyway :) god..its hard to believe that you can lose all that weight with all the bacon and eggs that you eat ;) I remember when I did W.W. I started off with bacon n' eggs most mornings and I lost too :chin: maybe I should try it again ;)

Ah see now you're gonna see that I put half a pound on this week and think that eating all the bacon and eggs tis what did it but, it not, twas the womens gin! ;)
