i've just come back. went to weightwatchers for a bit and hated it. put my weight back on so im up to 14 st 4 again and you know....joining slimming again....makes me feel good.
had a bad day today.
breakfast - 2 slice wholemeal with honey
snack - apple
lunch - batchelors pasta
snack - 2 nectarines
dinner - steak n kidney pie
so i'm going back on course from tomorrow. wish me luck u guys!

Oooh I found a shortcut!!
What I meant to say was, that's not bad apart from the pie, and you didn't have lots to eat really, so u could afford to eat a pie!

Mmmmm fish fingers......
They're just tasty and quick and junky but low in calories! All my most favourite things!! (Apart from chocolate...)
Eats today....
not telling!! Ha ha!
It includes dolly mixtures, cashew nuts, plantain crisps, and you guessed it, fish fingers!!
Anyway, I get total cals to approx under 2000 so it should be ok, what with all the walking we did!

AH, they say on the pack 4 cals each, so I only have about 3 at a time!!

he he!! I knew there was something I shoulda done...
Boyf accused me of not making decent meals, he says I only ever eat fish fingers....
But when you're a starvin Marvin they only take 10 mins rather than half an hour to defrost chicken breasts and grill them
Ah well, I should maybe eat more eggs again, they're nice
