Well Done Brenda!

Slimming World is definatley the best 'diet' I've been on. Doesn't really feel like a diet. Once you get over the initial what can I mix together ~ it's great!

I know! Great isn't it! I still feel guilty sometimes! Came home from work early and ate 2 packets of Supernoodles before the other half gets home!

Hi Angie

3st 6lbs ~ wow! Just remember though muscle weighs more than fat and you could be losing inches but not weight if that makes sense.

Supernnodles now do 98% fate free noodles which are sin free and very yummy! Our local Tescos have sold out so I've had to buy Heinz ones which are also sin free! Yahoo!

Some Batchelors Pasta n'sauce varieties are also free and very filling and nice.

Anyway with your mammoth weight loss you should be telling us what good freebies are!
